DCCC Marple Campus will hold a Career Fair for students on April 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Academic Building lobby and Founders Hall. Over 70 employers will be recruiting for full-time and part-time positions.

Jennifer Orazi, director of Student Employment & Co-op, said, “Students get to meet employers face-to-face, and this is not an option when you apply online. The Career Fair is a great way to get in front of employers and make a good first impression.”

If attending, appropriate attire and a resume are highly recommended. Employers such as Mainline Health, UPS, and Independence Blue Cross will show students how to apply to positions and schedule interviews.

With more employers than ever seeking employees, Orazi believes that the fair is a “great way to learn more about the field that a student is pursuing, even if they are not looking for a job currently.”

In addition to the Career Fair, The Student Employment Office also hosts a job fest in October and participates in STEM Career Day and employer events for Medical Coding and Billing students.
