       A virtual scholarship session will be held on Zoom. The admissions staff will host the meeting on April 16 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. There will also be an in-person guided tour on campus.

        New and returning students will have the opportunity to hear a presentation about the scholarship process and how students can write an essay to use their DCCC education to positively impact the community.

       Deanna J.Foley the assistant director of financial aid, said, “The essays are written anonymously so the system can see the students but the staff will not.”

Scholarships are based on a student’s major such as nursing, general, academic, and athletic.
