The DCCC Library Services now offers Open Educational Resources (OER). These are learning, teaching and research materials in public domain or are under copyright that have been released under an open license, that permit no-cost access, re-use, re-purpose, adaptation and redistribution by others.

The library has posted a guide at learningcommons.dccc.edu/oer to provide information on all aspects of OER. The U.S. Department of Education has renewed and increased funding for the Open Education Textbook Pilot program for FY 2023.
