​ Chester County’s Department of Emergency Services (DES) will be interviewing for 9-1-1 Dispatchers, Safety & Security Operators and a Hazmat Team Responder jobs on March 1. Those interested in a career with DES are strongly encouraged to apply in advance of the event, being held at the Chester County Government Services Center, 601 Westtown Road, West Chester, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ​

During the event, 9-1-1 Dispatcher candidates will undergo CritiCall testing, 9-1-1 observations, a tour, and an interview. Safety & Security candidates will undergo a tour and interview.
