A virtual information session will be held at DCCC on Zoom Feb. 16 from 6 to 7 p.m. for new students or anyone interested in applying. Course and placement testing, delegate orientation, academic advising, and student accounts will be discussed with the attendants of the information The meeting will be hosted by Kathy Auston, the assistant director of admissions.
There are a series of Youtube videos to guide future students through the layout of the campus and how to apply. Amy Jay Parsons, the director of Admissions, said, “Students can apply with a paper application with easy questions. It should take around 5-10 minutes.”
Students should complete a FAFSA for financial aid, they will receive information about the program and will have the option to apply for eligibility to receive government aid.
