How to Manage Anxiety: Yours and Others

(Nov. 3) Managing Anxiety: Helping Yourself or a Friend, a DCCC Counseling zoom session, will be held Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. The virtual event will discuss how to notice the common causes and symptoms of anxiety. Counselor Michele Geary Boyle, will discuss ways to alleviate concern and feature ways to quell stress-causing incidents. 

DCCC is dedicated to the mental health of its students. The career and counseling department spends a majority of its time responding to the needs of the DCCC community. This is just one of the monthly events to help combat stress for students.
