Letter to the Editor:

At Delaware County Community College on April 27-29 and May 4-6, a musical called “UrineTown” is going to be performed by the theatre department.

This show describes the transgender bathroom controversy, which has been an issue that has risen in recent years.

The hashtag #freetopee has become a trademark for the LGBTQ community for the push of the transgender bathroom business.

Transgender people believe that they can use any bathroom they want to use, whether or not people oppose it.

They feel that the LGBTQ community is above the rest of society, and they could care less about the rest of the world.

The story of this musical takes place in a city where a drought has been going on for 20 years.

Private toilets were outlawed by the government, and everyone must use public amenities.

What the LGBTQ community is doing in terms of where and how to go to the bathroom, is a public disgrace.

I believe what they are doing is inhumane, unhealthy, and sick.

Even the liberal media has remained quiet on issues that I oppose.

They have pushed their support of abortion and same-gender marriage down our throats for 40-50 years.

I have had enough of what the liberal mainstream media is doing to destroy American society. Even President Donald Trump calls this type of media “fake media.”

I know that in the Constitution, it says that “all men are created equal,” but that does not mean that people from the same gender can marry or people can use opposite gender bathrooms.

The Constitution does not give people the right to pee and poo in any place they feel like on our campus, on the SEPTA bus, or another place out in public.

If we need to go to the bathroom, we do not do it in any place other than the bathroom.

If we do go to a bathroom out in public, we use the one that is assigned to our specific gender.

If we are men, we use the men’s bathroom. If we are women, we use the women’s bathroom.

This is not segregation; this is how things really should be in society.

Even though men and women are humans and equal in God’s dignity, their bodies have different appearances.

Pope John Paul II in his “Theology of the Body” states there are only two ways of being a body.

That means a person being a male or female, not in between. In other words, gender is a dualism.

I cannot mention to you the specific differences of men and women, but I know they have separate appearances but one in flesh.

However, the LGBTQ community is making the dualism of gender into something that it is not.

I believe man and woman are people that are created in the image and likeness of God and it is important to respect God’s gift of gender.

For all these reasons, I ask people to refrain from attending the show anytime between April 27-29 and May 4-6.

I believe we need to be a people of morality, and not secularism. I believe God wants is us to follow the moral way.
